My stay in Heaven Bali Seminyak was truly perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to chat. The suite was beautifully decorated and spacious, making me feel right at home. Breakfast was served with a delicious meal, every days food served with fresh and different food.

This hotel is conveniently located by almost everything in Seminyak! The pools all have beautiful cabanas that you don’t have to wake up early to get! There’s plenty! The breakfast buffet was included in my stay which was excellent! I enjoyed the beach club which the hotel has a shuttle or you can take a 10 min walk. The staff were very helpful! Grabs were very easy!

I have nothing but praise for The Haven. The staff bend over backwards to help in any way they can. Location perfect, setting perfect, breakfast perfect. Lovely quiet accommodation, very clean & comfortable. Recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in central Seminyak.

The Haven is in a great location for Seminyak, walkable to the beach, shops, restaurant. You can be in the hustle and bustle, or exit the back entrance into a quieter street filled with spas of choice. Great stay, great, friendly staff - will stay again :)

Loved our stay at The Haven stayed here a few times . All the staff are so accommodating and helpful , pool is awesome , breakfast is fantastic in walking distance to Bintang Supermarket circle k a few doors down , Legian in walking distance, the beach only a 10 minute walk . The only negative this time was the beds were very hard and the curtains don’t block out the balcony lights apart from a lovely place to stay and will definitely be back thank you

The staff are amazing, such lovely, helpful, geniune people. They are the stars of the show. We loved the pool area towards the back, it was so relaxing and the vegetation provided lovely natural protection from the sun. The rooms were really spacious which we loved and the beds were excellent, so comfortable. The interior is slightly dated and we could of done with a few more utensils / plates in the kitchen. The breakfast was perfect and the added bonus of afternoon tea was a special treat. The location is great, lots of shops and a short walk to the beach. We also met our great driver Surya (Tom) who took us on a great half day trip to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Pedang Pedang beach. Highly rated, his patience in traffic was inspirational. Highly recommend The Haven and would definitely stay there again.
