"Lovely hotel,easy check-in, large rooms only issue was it was too warm in bedroom no windows and when we asked for radiators to be turned off we were told they couldn't so fetched ice water and a fan but no plug sockets near bed so that was really a waste of time, so didn't have a good nights sleep. "

The leisure facilities and staff were excellent Unfortunately our heating didn’t work and we were too tired to wait for maintenance to resolve We also didn’t get any bottled water in our room on arrival which was on their portal but the room was brilliant and so spacious so we’d definitely stay again "
