The staff at this property were so friendly and helpful, two girls iin particular on the front desk( Alisha and Becky) were absolutely lovely with my young daughter and we will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel!

Weekend in Newcastle

Lovely hotel. Very clean room friendly staff. In city centre close to bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again on future trips to Newcastle.

Bit scabby in the room. Very old and tatty bathroom door, furniture, bathroom was a bit dingy. The bed was comfy and pillows were lovely. Just needs re vamping a bit

It was historic and told a good story. The decor was fitting for period of time it was built. There is a LOT of maintenance that NEEDS to be done correctly not by the half drunk self proclaimed handy man they must be using. Door dead bolt broken, shower leaks bc door will not shut, stained chair and no internal lock on emergency exit door that leads to somewhere?
