"Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms."
"Excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable, high specification. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Overall super stay."
"Fab little apartment. Really clean and ideal for a 3 night stay while my daughter was having surgery in the RVI - ideal location too.
Really friendly staff too.

"This is the second time i have stayed here. Very polite helpful staff and number 1 for me comfy beds. Breakfast was also excellent. Well done Holiday Inn Jesmond 👏 "
"Nice looking hotel with attentive staff in quiet location but still close to city centre. Breakfast good. Our room (in the attic) was too hot but we stayed during a heat wave. EV charger was ridiculously expensive but apparently they have plans to change provider. Relaxing short stay and will likely return."
