"Grundsätzlich ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir hatten ein recht großzügiges Doppelzimmer mit einem sehr kleinen Bad. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung! In den nächsten zwei Jahren ist eine Renovierung sicher notwendig."
"Die Bettdecken waren für das 2 Personenbett viel zugroß.
Das Toilettenbecken ist viel zutief .es war ffür kinder bis 6 jahre geeignet. uns wurde aber durch die Gäste hilfe mit einer Erhöhung geholfen.Allerdings nur gegen ein Entgeld.

"Bereits der dritte Besuch auf Helgoland und immer wieder schön. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Promenade, etwas abseits vom Mainstream. Blick geht über die Nordsee auf die Düne und spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge. Eingerichtet im Stil der 50/60er, kleine Kompaktküche und stabilem wlan im ganzen Haus. Gerne wieder!"

Værelset var pænt og rent ved ankomst.
Vi skulle give besked hvis vi ønskede rengøring under opholdet. Syntes måske en form for kompensation ville være på sin plads ved fravalg?!
Havde bestilt morgenmad alle dage. Ret standard. Trang plads i restauranten og opfyldning/afrydning var lidt sløjt."

"The proximity to the harbour could not be closer! Good location.
The room was small but clean. The area near the sliding door had a table, 2 chairs and 2 foot stools. It felt very cramped.
We spent Aus$977 for 2 nights and had to ask for fresh towels for the 2nd day and tea bags, 4 tea bags were provided. It seemed a bit paltry.
The reason given was to be environmentally friendly.
After requesting, which I do not like to do, the items were provided.
The room bin was emptied unasked at the same time of dropping the items off, but I would have expected house service to make the bed as well.
There was a nice intro to the island provided by the receptionist with a glass of bubbly.
The garden had lots of little sitting areas to be either secluded or to take in the beautiful view.
The breakfast is not to be missed! A great experience and it could not be any better!
