"Nicely decorated rooms, great hot tub and sauna for guest use, and nice lounge/bar space. The room itself was great, with good blackout blinds and a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bathroom was a bit of a letdown, however. It's large, which is great, but the towel hooks were barely holding into the wall and have already been "fixed" before, with exposed signs of poor repair. Beyond that, the counterspace around the sink is really tight, for how much room is available. Perhaps a shelf...

"Nice, spacious, clean rooms with great mountain and sea views. This is my second time staying here. Close proximity to Vik but not walkable to town. There’s a pretty good restaurant and bar on site but a few other good dining options in Vik just a short drive (less than 10 minutes) away. Continental style breakfast was included and it was excellent, there was so much variety. Also loved the lounge areas in the lobby, it’s really cute and cozy for hanging out!"

"Cute hotel at the end of a private drive. We had room 201 and shared with friends of ours. The room was very tidy and spacious, with a lovely balcony with great views. Yes, the bathroom smelled like sulfur but it's common in Iceland with hot water. The common area was very spacious and was a great place to hang out.
