"Rooms were a good size, bed comfortable. Very clean. Relaxing and welcoming lobby plenty of places to just relax. Breakfast was very good lots of variety and well staffed. Check in and out was easy. New apartments are being built in front of this hotel so some rooms may not be able to see much. Our room was located so we could still see the water in distance and restaurants etc around Vik. Walkable to many restaurants "

"Loved this hotel. Everything looks, feels, and even smells new. We loved the public sitting areas and the game room. Our room felt upscale and everything was very clean. I would stay here again. "

"Very quiet location with great view from our room. Restaurant was excellent. Didn’t have a reservation but they fit us in. (Didn’t know that was a thing in a hotel restaurant but is apparently a thing in Iceland as it happened at two other places we stayed after this. Lesson learned.) Very remote but convenient for where we were traveling. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were all very friendly."
