"Great property in terms of space, cleanliness, location. Is equipped with necessities. We were lucky to see the northern lights as we arrived!! Although google maps takes you to the next turn, if you arrive when it's dark and can't read the Green Geysir board outside. What we didn't like was that the room temp was set and we could not change it."

"We booked this last minute and are very pleased with our stay. The facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. Staff was very friendly, helpful and eager to assure we had a good experience. Location is great to many Golden Circle attractions and walking distance to a market and excellent restaurant."

"Loved staying here. There are animals onsite. You can even eat dinner with a view of the cows. The onsite restaurant was good. Wouldn’t recommend paying for breakfast though."

"We loved this retreat, it was the last leg of our trip and it was neat to be able to stay in a turf house. Everything there was made locally in Iceland you can tell the owners put a lot of thought in it and the private soak tub for each house was lovely. We got to see the northern lights the service was excellent and the house had a full kitchen and dining table to eat."

"The cabin is wonderfully cozy and comfortable for a family of four. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools, and we loved the thoughtful extras like olive oil, coffee, and tea. Best of all, the hot tub was ready and filled with water right when we checked in, just as promised! Highly recommended. P.T."
