"This hotel is wonderful and convenient just right across street of the main train station with easy access. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was attentive and welcoming. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city of Nagano. Location was a short walk from train station and buses. 3 minute walk. Definitely will return in the future."

"Stayed for 5 nights twin room. It’s just 2-3 minutes walk from train station. The hotel entrance is just next to Lawson. Reception is on 5th floor. Check in and out by self service machine so it’s superb convenient. Room is quite big by Japan standard. There’s a chair and small table near the window. Another smaller chair Bathroom is big enough for 2 to step in and brush teeth together! PJ/loungewear is provided as well."

"Such a lovely Ryokan, the staff were all so kind and nice. Super friendly! Explained everything so well and offered pick up from a nearby train station and drop off at local monkey park. The baths were all so different and the vibes were really good. Would definitely go again! I'd recommend everyone to go if you want to stay in the area."

The staff were amazingly attentive and helpful, provided transport for us to see the monkey park and get us back to town in time for our train back. The evening meal was absolutely incredible and such a lovely experience, and the Onsen was outstanding. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again with absolutely no hesitation."
