"I like the hospitality of the Hotel especially Heday-san. He picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, gave us explanation about the area clearly. The hotel has private onsen and it’s very nice. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel. "

"We loved our stay at chalet Shiga. Skiing was fantastic. The people at the chalet treated us very well, lovely authentic japenese food and setting. The location is perfect, at the bottom of ichinose. We went at the start of spring season, which did mean some of the slopes were closed, and the buses were limited. Something to be aware of. But, there was still plenty of fluffy white stuff, lifts and slopes. We didn't need to go see the snow monkeys - they came to see us 😀"

"This hotel is intended for specially Skiers, so out of season, there are not much customer and the Big Bathroom is not available. You can not expect too much for the service, but just stay in, it's ok."
