"the 100$/night upgrade to the 7th gold floor is worth it if you are more then 1 person per room. it gives you access to the lounge area where they serve snacks/food/drinks available pretty much all day. one thing that should mentioned when staying here is they only have valet parking $45/day otherwise you have to find parking on the streets (free). the location is great, service was great. we had a small issue with our room that was an a joining room where we could hear our neighbours. we asked...

Rear door entrance door knob was broken We were not provided access card for the pool at the time of check in, and when I asked for it on my third day of visit I was insisted to go and get it from the checkin location which was around 8 km away. After objecting it strongly somebody was sent to deliver it to us."
