"The only thing I would improve is the bathroom and air conditioner units. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice."

"Room was a little hot and you don’t have control over ac. It was nice to have a kitchen with a good amount of cookware. Nice location, quick walk to the grocery store or food. The pharmacy within walking distance has a 3-day bus/metro pass for $20."

"It was horrible our stay never happened as the hotel turned in to apartments and we were not made aware. Even received a confirmation email about our trip the day before check in was supposed to happen. And the staff that were in charge of the hotel/apts were rude and called me a liar. "

"Asked for an extra pillow, as the pillows are very thin. Was rudely told we already had 3 and that was enough. Wifi didn’t work, was told it only works in some rooms. Dirty room. Breakfast was fine but no covid safety measures in place. Maskless staff. Can’t recommend. Pricey considering how bad it is. "

"I still have not recieved my deposit of $150 back onto my credit card. They said that I would recieve it in 24 to 48 hours on the day I left. It is 5 days later and still no refund of my deposit. did not damage anything there so I expect my full refund. I hope they will be honest and give me back my $150.00!"

"The hotel room seems to be small compared to what appears on gallery in expedia(quite surprising mainly because of higher expectations). Breakfast was amazing, delicious and plenty of options. Cleanliness was great! Cons are there’s no hand wash or sanitizer in the room, there was no floor mat beside bathtub in washroom which is safety concern and gross; Hard to find parking- it is otherside of hotel underground but if it has mentioned in Expedia that would have been great.
