"It was a great experience staying at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac! We treated ourselves for our 30th wedding anniversary and truly enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont. The staff recognized that we were celebrating an anniversary milestone and surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. The hotel was beautiful, inside and out, and would highly recommend it to our family and friends."

"Staff were polite & helpful. Our room was quite clean & was cleaned each day. No carpet in the rooms ( or at least in ours) which is better for allergy sufferers. Despite some obvious renovations over the years i.e. bathroom fixtures etc. the building needs some tlc. In our room at least there were a few spots of paint peeling in the bathroom. "
