"We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Davide and his father Nedo were great hosts and were readily available to help with any small issues and with great information about the area and activities. The villa is very inviting, lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great with lovely views and close to amenities and the train station in Pistoia. "I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "

"The location of the hotel is amazing however during our stay we have some major issues. There were plenty of bedbugs in the room which I managed to kill 5 of them but still have spots on my skin from the bugs. WIFI inside my room did not work. They had WIFI in the outdoor area so I have to go out to use the WIFI so it was really inconvenience. Breakfast was really really basic. In the first morning, there were 2 slices of cake which my wife and I managed to grab but that left the next couple...

"Ho prenotato un albergo che quando sono arrivato era chiuso e mi hanno mandato a un altro: non ha mai funzionato la tv, non c’era posto al parcheggio e la finestra si affacciava alla piscina quindi casino da presto ogni giorno . "

The rooms are huge and the service is good, but I'm not sure that it really merits "5 stars" if you compare to other hotels of that description. It is worth noting that most of the grand hotels in Montecatini Terme seem to be in similar condition."

"L'hotel è un po' vecchio, sia esternamente che internamente. Credo che questo sia il motivo per cui i prezzi risultano accessibili anche in alta stagione. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La colazione buona. L'aria condizionata non funzionava in modo adeguato per cui in camera faceva caldo. La mia impressione è stata che il livello di servizio venga tenuto al minimo indispensabile per mantenere le 4 stelle Per usufruire della SPA si devono pagare 25€ a testa. "
