"Location and panoramic views from the hotel were fabulous. Room wasn’t as luxurious as advertised or expected but adequate for 2 nights. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Location was out of the way, but if you want peace and quiet then this would be the perfect place. Lots of original features, character and outside terraces gave amazing views. "

Sveglia telefonica non richiesta alle 5 del mattino. Segnalata senza avere alcuna compensazione . Due difetti che rendonon il mio giudizio buono ma non ottimo."

"Montecatini terme is beautiful Italian small town. The staff was very nice. My room was a bit dated but was nice enough. "

"The rooms were very comfortable. We had connected rooms with my teenagers. Clean, breakfast was ok. Montecatini is a good location to visit different Italian cities. Cafe, restaurants and bars are walkable. "

"This is a very old-school hotel that has almost certainly seen better days, but maintains a sort of old world grandeur that I quite liked. The rooms are huge and the service is good, but I'm not sure that it really merits "5 stars" if you compare to other hotels of that description. It is worth noting that most of the grand hotels in Montecatini Terme seem to be in similar condition."

"If for some odd reason you find yourself in Pistoia, I can heartily recommend the Locanda San Marco. The staff is absolutely wonderful - they genuinely seem to care about their guests. And even if you don't have a need for two bedrooms, go ahead and splurge on the Baroni Suite. You'll be glad you did. I believe the Locanda is an old palazzo and is certainly built castle solid. The Baroni apartment is large by any standard, with decent beds, a kitchen and lots of elbow room. We didn't...

"We were greeted by a young lady who spoke excellent english. The room we had was on the top floor and was very clean. We spent one comfortable night at the hotel and will return next year when the blues festival is on. The staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money."

"We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Davide and his father Nedo were great hosts and were readily available to help with any small issues and with great information about the area and activities. The villa is very inviting, lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great with lovely views and close to amenities and the train station in Pistoia. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Davide."
