"Very helpful staff and updated hotel. Reserved two nonsmoking suites but one was on a nosmoking floor and the one on the smoking floor still smelled of stale smoke. Hotel is part of a block in old part of town with many begging children and old women that tugged at our hearts and guilt. Nice street market nearby"

"The style of the hotel is very nice. I really like the art/decorations in the hallways. Everyone is very helpful & pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay. My only recommendation is that the restaurant staff hover a bit much, but are very nice & trying to be helpful "

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, effortlessly communicating in both English and French, which made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located next to one of the best dessert shops and a fantastic French restaurant, making it perfect for food lovers. "Very good, no-frills hotel with excellent service"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facilities are nice. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and all of the activities, but set up the hill away from all the noisiness of the beach and the clubs at the beach.The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to the area. My only one small issue was that food and mini bar items can’t be paid for with credit card at the end of the stay, it has to be cash, which was not initially stated, so make sure you have enough cash or are able to use one of the local electronic payment types. Overall, I think this is one of the best accommodations in the Nosy Be area."
