"The staff at Palm Beach provide exceptional service with kindness and welcoming culture. The rooms are very clean, and they even prepared flowers and swan towels to welcome us. The view is great from the room, and there is plenty of space in the hotel to chill and relax. If you want to explore the island, there is also excursion available. It is on the more expensive side, but we even brought a chef to cook on the excursion for us with abundant delicious food, so we are very satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend it!"
