"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities offered. Staff was professional and prompt to help. I had to ask for a doctor to come see my daughter that was not feeling well and this was quickly arranged by the staff. Breakfast was a nice buffet, charged to the room. This place is very well located, not so close to the city center but you can still walk there. I would definitely come back to this hotel on future visits to Budapest. "

"Beautifully restored property. We booked a room with a city view and ended up in a very small room with a view of their interior courtyard. We checked out and went to the Ritz Carlton. Bigger rooms, better views! "

"Great location, service and food are excellent. The room is very clean and a good size, however found that for a stay of more than 1 or 2 nights there is no storage for clothes, only one drawer in the room and no storage in the bathroom."
