We were a little apprehensive about the building entrance which looks quite run down but, once inside, the apartment has been renovated to a modern, high standard and felt very secure. Good communication with BQA - it is AI-based but did have a real person step in when needed. "The apartment was very comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Everything was good, with a small exception of the bathroom which looked like a first try DIY (do-it-yourself). It didn't do anything to our worsen our experience, however we did feel that the owner will have some water damages in the long run. Also, please secure the sink for future guest. That a side, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend"
