"Algunas personas del staff fueron groseros, se nos dijo que no podíamos tener camastros se nos removió nuestras cosas zapatos, toallas pero a otras personas si se les dejó tener camastro con sus propiedades, es decir que si me meto a la playa y dejo mis pertenencias alguien ma s puede llegar y quitarlas y el salvavidas permitirles que tomen nuestro lugar. Se sintió que no fuimos recibidos de buena manera como anteriormente, nos encantaba el hotel pero al ver ese trato creo que ya no sentimos lo...

"Lovely hideaway in Caleta. Beautifully renovated design hotel with the 50s vibe. Amazing tropical views. Great pool side restaurant. Convenient connection with Acapulco downtown. We had a great time starting the 2020 here :) The staff helped us to arrange a private driver/tour guide to show around Acapulco. Many thanks for having us and hope to be back :)"
