The check-in/reception is very disorganized. I waited 40 minutes to get my room.

The AC was not working, the safe did not work and we called several time to get fixed but nothing was done. There was no where to sit after 10:30 pm because they did not allow anyone outside of the lobby. They were not helpful at all. The only staff that was very helpful was the staff in the kitchen. But other then that I would not return.

This hotel is extremely old and dirty, seems it hasn’t been restored or updated since its opening. The bathroom tub was amazingly rusty, the curtains didn’t work. Hair dryer and iron available only if you sign a document and they telling you that you need to give them back, that’s ridiculous. This is a hotel that I will NEVER come back and that I DO NOT recommend at all.

Furniture is super old and rusted, towels are REALLY OLD smell humid, NO HAND TOWELS OR shampoo or soap. They don’t offer any amenities. Wall lamps rusted and falling apart. Not even one decoration in any wall. Sofa bed old and dirty. Rooms smell humid. Front desk is falling apart old and not welcoming!!! I think this place used to be beautiful but it’s never been updated. The pool is rusted all around. Simply disappointing!!!

En general las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, muy descuidadas, El mobiliario principalmente de playa ya muy desgastados, rotos, La puerta de la habitación hasta se atoraba, el desayuno buffet con muchas áreas de oportunidad para mejorar, el registro a la hr de llegada muy lento tardamos 1 hr
