Unfortunately we got room 1008N with no hot water maintenance was called 3 times they finally came didn’t do anything but just checked and said they will be back never heard back from anyone my kids got sick was not able to shower with hot water also they have a cover in the ceiling that looks as if someone is watching you the cover kept on opening with no wind at all in the room since my kids were sick we didn’t use the air conditioner didn’t open the balcony doors since hot air was only coming in, terrible room if you can refuse it do it don’t recommend at all scary situation feeling someone is watching and they don’t help you or assist you

Es un hotel que ya esta muy viejo, las camas estan terribles, tuve un dolor de espalda permanente, en la torre norte solo servia un elevador de los 5 disponibles, excuso decir la fila que se hacia para poder subir o bajar a tu cuarto, por lo menos de 20 a 30 minutos, subir al elevador lleno y sin aire acondicionado y ni que decir de la gente que se sube aun empapada de la alberca escurriendo agua, pero ni siquiera daba tiempo de que alguiel le diera una secada, la verdad muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo a regresar alli.
