The noise from the hotel and from outside is terribly loud. The bathrooms are dated, the water flow and temperature from the shower is inconsistent fluctuating from way too hot to too cold. It’s an all inclusive but they add water to the juice and beverages, and use fake look alike food (fake surimi) to feed the people.

Staff rude. I also thought this was a family hotel, a couple were making love in the pool. I notified this and the staff just looked at me like they were pissed. Later I found out that they purchased time share from there

The property in the post looks great, bathroom had mold, roaches, sick were painted and paint was peeling. Food wa spoiled got sick the first night after eating fish. Cheched out early stay clear don't waste your money. Place is a fraud.

Hotel was amazing, food & service, hotel rooms need attention to detail, cosmetic touches that don’t make it look like it’s falling apart, in my rooms bathroom specially the shower ceiling was broke it’s looked horrible but I only stayed there 2 nights. Besides that everything was good

I think they give that hotel too much publicity. The photos they show have nothing to do with it. Regarding the food, it's always the same. During the four days I was there, we had to go out to eat the whole time. Honestly, it's better to look elsewhere.

It is a fraud. Not a Ritz property. Dangerous people. We saw a grown man with a minor holding hands after midnight (obviously not related). Staff did nothing when we said they should report it. I had money stolen from me nearly everyday. 50 pesos to be exact. I traveled alone so didnt want to start problems or ask for my money back.The sheets were not cleaned ONCE. I asked one of the cleaning ladies if they had the ability she said their sources were limited. I took pictures of the stains that were there from the moment I arrived. The rooms are subpair, the food too. For $1500 you would expect clean sheets? Do not go to this hotel go to a AirB&B and read the reviews. My entire stay was ruined this hotel. Also it has ZERO connection to the Ritz Carlton, only reason I booked it. BIG MISTAKE

When we arrived the bathroom had not been cleaned. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The shower had black mold. We took pictures and a video. We asked for bathroom to be cleaned. It took 3 days before someone cleaned the bathroom. We complained daily. Hotel staff did not care. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady gave me the wrong person on purpose. Who did not do anything. Every single day we were there something went wrong in the room. No hot water, no water in shower at all. Water running out while in the shower. No cold water. After calling the front desk, water would start to run again. Room key not working x3 days. Staff did not clean bathroom x3 days, after requesting to please clean shower. No towels or water had to ask for staff to please leave us water and clean towels. We found a crawling insect, cockroach or something else. Hotel management said other guests bring them to the rooms. Every single day something went wrong. We felt like we were being targeted. My friend told me not to complain any more. She thought maybe they would ask us to leave. We were actually afraid the hotel staff might kick us out of the hotel and we would have no where to go. There was no accountability by the hotel. The restaurant and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The entertainment was nice. The bar is perfect. The waiters in the restaurant were absolutely friendly and competent. Loved the restaurant. The problem was the room and the hotel management had no accountability.

Staff were great, all of them! Special acknowledge to the staff at kids Center, so nice. Location great, however at a noisy intersection, no need for alarm clocks, be ready to awaken by constant bus horns. Overall great value for price.
