"Bar tender named Jhonathan at the main lobby bar was the absolute best!! Always treated us with respect, and made us feel comfortable and would refill our drinks without even asking for a new drink. Was super attentive and provided excellent service to us! By far the favorite bar to sit down and drink at throughout the entire resort. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! Getaway for parents of young kids. The beach is fabulous. Went swimming in the ocean a couple of times. Pool is huge and separated into an activities/louder side, with a quieter part around the corner. Loved being able to go back and forth or choose on the day where we were going to set up. Food was excellent! Highly recommend the Asian and Italian restaurants, but we had great meals at all of them and minimal digestive issues. Didn't do any excursions or take in a lot of the night activities, but lots of options for those. By far the best part was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and enthusiastic, from the front desk and the restaurants to the bar staff and housekeeping. Highly recommend and we will be returning in the future! "

"The property itself is beautiful. Lots of tropical plants, palm trees, lush and green. The room was perfect. Restaurants were good. Pools were immaculately clean and cool. The only minor complaint I had was they could do a better job of picking up garbage on the beach and around the property as a whole. Plastic bottles, wrappers, paper laying around. But the #1 best thing about Excellence is the staff - they ALL smile and are super friendly and helpful. Bring some extra cash to tip these amazing people who work long hours and go the extra mile to make your vacation smooth and fun. Highly recommend this hotel chain. "
