The hotel had clean rooms (they were cleaned like twice a day, which was impressive), the staff was oh so great (special shoutout to Héctor, our butler, and Kendry on the waiting staff area), the pools were excellent (staff service was amazing and always present, pools were always very clean), hotel had many bars, swim up bar in each pool. Would definitely come back in the future.
