"We had the most wonderful time on this resort! Friendly for all types, families, lovers, etc. the staff was amazing, everything was clean, you always felt taken care of, and the food was great. Beautiful pools, the ocean, just a dream. My favourite employee had to be Irwin. Irwin made sure that we were absolutely taken care of from the moment we arrived until we landed back in Canada! He was the most professional and helpful person we could’ve asked for. Always went above and beyond to make sure...

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
