"This was our 3rd trip to St John, and 1st trip to House of Open Arms. We love St John, but had always wanted to find a villa with a private pool. Mission accomplished! The sunrises are beautiful, the pool was a fantastic thing to have after a morning at the beach and Catherine does an awesome job as a host. Extremely comfortable and clean villa! Note the walk down to the villa is a little steep - but that's part of the charm. We also love staying in Coral Bay. It's a perfect escape."

"Wake up early. Make coffee. As the dawn begins, go down to the comfortable nook to recline as the sun breaks the horizon. Go up on the spacious deck that overlooks the gorgeous Coral Bay and enjoy breakfast. Decide which of the dozens of beaches within minutes of Joy of Life you will go to today for snorkeling,or relaxing. After a few hours in the sun, head back but be sure to stop on the way for a drink or dinner at one of the laid-back Caribbean themed joints that dot the area. Relax at home...
