"Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. Great dining, beach and shopping options within a short driving distance, and a popular restaurant just within walking distance. My family will definitely return. Thank you! "
"This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "
"This property has a beautiful panoramic & breathtaking view of the ocean and St. Thomas Bay. It is close to downtown, and simply beautiful. The rooms are simply appointed and very clean. Libby is an excellent host, making guests feel like you're visiting their home. You'll be well taken care of at Island View Guesthouse. Delicious breakfasts also. "

"I liked the location to shopping and dinning. I didn't like is staff not giving out information about shuttle to the beaches and airports. They didn't inform us about any of that at check-in. An also the restaurant hours aren't available during the week alot. An also they dont tell you about breakfast. But overall it was a great stay. "
"The place was just as stated, cozy!! Loved meeting the neighbors and seeing all the kitties and hummingbirds. Had such a great relaxing time. Perfect location. Will definitely be back!! "

"Property was exactly as listed. Stunning views and so gorgeous! Property owners were responsive to our questions and very kind! I rated it only 4 stars for location only because it is quite the drive upward to reach the house, but the views made it worth it! My family was incredibly comfortable here. And the property managers keep things left behind by other guests which was such a help! We were low on sunscreen - there was extra with the beach towels. I ran out of lotion - there was a small one in my bathroom. We needed more cheese - there was extra in the fridge. This house was STOCKED with what you need and we loved every minute of our stay! "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the moment we stepped inside our family felt at home! The views truly are breath taking. There was never a moment that we felt that we were missing anything. The kitchen had every appliance. The furniture throughout the home was perfect for a large group. I am a clean freak and truly could not find one thing out of place or not well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. Truly no need to leave the place at all. "
