"Great property, easy access to Coral Bay, beautiful views. The only negative was the bed was uncomfortable, and there are a lot of stairs. I would return to this property."

"The views from the decks and pool are some of the best I have ever seen. The house had everything we needed to cook meals, grill, beach towels and beach chairs. Kandace was quick to respond to the questions we had and offered suggestions on grocery shopping and jeep rentals. It was a bit of an adventure getting up to the house but it was so worth it. It truly was a wonderful week spent with friends exploring the beautiful island of St. John."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views on the quieter side of the island. Property has lovely gardens, beautiful to see and very attractive to birds (one of our key interests). We saw 18 “life” species on the island, 14 of which we saw from the expansive deck. Hosts were very personable, with good recommendations on places to bird, eat and snorkel. It helped that they had snorkel equipment and beach towels for our use. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay....

"What an amazing stay! Everything about this place was top notch. Hidden away on the East side, away from all the tourists. The pool was great and Lorraine made sure we had everything we needed. Conveniently located by some awesome hidden gems for snorkling and hiking. Makes you feel like a local for a few days. Everyone was extremely friendly and there to help."

"Wake up early. Make coffee. As the dawn begins, go down to the comfortable nook to recline as the sun breaks the horizon. Go up on the spacious deck that overlooks the gorgeous Coral Bay and enjoy breakfast. Decide which of the dozens of beaches within minutes of Joy of Life you will go to today for snorkeling,or relaxing. After a few hours in the sun, head back but be sure to stop on the way for a drink or dinner at one of the laid-back Caribbean themed joints that dot the area. Relax at home...
