"Absolutely amazing service from staff, super friendly with many smiles! Clean rooms, nice A/c on a hot day! Conveniently right next to the shuttles and can walk to it. And very close to the airport! From someone who lives in a small town, me and my friend had fun watching the airplanes fly overhead of the hotel. Gorgeous indoor/ outdoor pool, sadly closed way earlier than exacted at around 8-8:30 if I remember. You do have to pay for parking but when I paid it was $29 but right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will be excited to come back to stay next time we come to Chicago! 5 stars! "
