"The only good thing about this place is the location, besides that you basically get what you paid for. Service desk/lounge is probably the cleanest of the whole building. The elevators are tiny/dirty, the hallways look rundown with dirty carpets and stains on the walls, bottom of your room doors are worn out so it's not completely closed(the crevice is pretty significant, noticed it's like that with all the doors) so had to put towels in between to close it to make sure nothing gets in. "for just under $100 for the night it was just ok. Room was clean but had a mildew and mustiness smell to it...likely stemming from the air conditioning unit. Breakfast was decent and as expected. Parking was available and lighted."

"This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...
