"Beautiful place, nice staff. We loved the large pool, hot tub, and sauna. Very decent hot break-fast in the morning and our room was large and comfortable. Only thing that would have been nice is to have a bar fridge in our room. The intended space was there for it, but it wasn’t there. "

"Starting to look a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Dinner was lovely in the evening, however breakfast was disappointing, layout was poor, with no coffee options ! Spa was nice and included in the price."

"Really lovely stay. Loved the high ceiling in the bedroom and the fantastic view of Windermere even from the ground floor. Tea/coffee making facilities. Very helpful friendly staff, great location and so easy to use. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Could do with more pegs/shelves in bathroom."

"Very enjoyable stay in a very comfortable room with a spectacular view of the lake, thanks to Sandra on reception being most helpful. All very close to plenty of watering holes and restaurants, made for a great weekend!"
