"Lovely old Victorian house run by a delightful family. Our room was spacious and charming. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very accommodating to our complicated dietary restrictions (some vegetarian, multiple allergies). We would definitely stay again next time we're in Exeter! Travelers without a car should know that, although very close to St. David's station, the walk to the hotel is up a steep hill. But well worth it!"

"Had such a wonderful stay. I am cycling the Devon C2C and Exeter is my starting base. Ken was super helpful and let me lock my bike in a locked room. The bed is extremely comfortable and my room is lovely. The location is perfect. Would throughly recommend. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the New Inn. Mark was welcoming on arrival, our room was an executive triple room, it was equipped with what we needed, the beds were very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great. We sampled the local Sandford Orchards cider which was scrumptious! Breakfast was very tasty too."

The room I had was small, but my colleagues was much bigger but that’s the luck of the draw! Overall, I’d highly recommend this location! "

"Absolutely lovely. The accommodation is excellent - a superior barn conversion. Really fabulous on a working farm. Hen Curtis was very friendly as well as her dogs Fido (retired sheep dog) Jumble mixed Labby/Poodle, Pinto young sheep dog. All love a good bit of stroking (not Hen!!!!). Relaxing place to be with great walks on and around the farm. Not to be missed."
