"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."

"We had a short break here in early July with our young dog. The property had been newly refurnished and much thought had gone into sustainability. We also really enjoyed the fields, which had been planted with wild flowers and had paths mown for interesting walks. There were benches so you could sit down and admire the wonderful views. The owners were very responsive and excellent at suggesting days out and where to eat. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area."

The entire place opens up with classic English countryside views, sounds, and smells. "Property as advertised. Very comfortable stay, with everything you need. Despite typical wet and gloomy Dartmoor weather, the cottage was warm with plenty of space for us and the dogs to dry off between walks."
