"We had a lovely stay at this property, privacy and peace, which was just what we were looking for, only sorry that we couldn't stay longer! The cottage was excellent, with everything you need for a short stay, and very well equipped. There was fresh bread, milk, jam, Lurpak (my preference), and even some locally made biscuits, which were lovely, all provided by our Host Ruth, thank you Ruth. We will be booking again!"

"The owners were friendly, and attentive, but the property I felt was too expensive for what it was, there was no shower gel or anything in the bathrooms. There wasn’t a bin bin bag to collect rubbish. There were cobwebs and number of Rooms the black leather sofa was old and worn out and not very comfortable so although the setting was nice it did look like somewhere that the owners were trying to get out of as they told us there were selling up. "The Old Piggeries is a beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious house in a wonderful location with easy, walking access to a shop, two pubs & a beach with restaurant. It was absolutely ideal for our needs & we all wish we could have booked for a longer holiday. The box of goodies & milk were very much appreciated, thankyou."

"The location of the cottage is wonderful, down a quiet lane with views over the river Asker and common but with it's own parking place and very near the town centre. The equipment is adequate but quite basic. We weren't able to put the central heating on during the daytime when there was a cold spell, without requesting assistance from the housekeeper. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and friendly. The house was very clean with a comfortable bed."
