"My husband and I were returning to Budleigh for a wedding anniversary weekend. This was the perfect little bolt hole for our young family with the dog. It was clean, well stocked and cosy. It was lovely to come back to after a day at the beach and the Ed’s were very comfortable too. Fabulous location and there’s a very cute cafe opening up beneath the apartment also. We would love to return here some day."

"We didn’t have unrealistic expectations for a property under £200 a night in Devon over a bank holiday—but we did expect it to be clean and safe. It wasn’t. "This little house is in a brilliant and quiet location in a really nice part of Exmouth. It’s full off character (and superb art) and the rear terrace area is lovely. Everywhere in the town is within easy reach of the house and it’s a very comfortable place to spend a few days. Can’t fault it!"

"We had the most wonderful stay at Combe Down. It’s a truly magical place to visit with family or friends. The photos do no justice to the incredible sea views you have from the garden, and most of the bedrooms. The interior decor is gorgeous and perfectly kept.
