"It was an okay stay. The bellman at the front, Alberto, was really nice and made my stay better. He was the nicest. The other staff, in my opinion, not so pleasant. The hotel is in a good spot in Bocagrande, within walking distance of many restaurants and money exchange spots also the hotel is pretty clean and tidy "

"Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Fénix Beach siempre ha sido espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegas, el lugar transmite tranquilidad, buena energía y una vibra perfecta para desconectarse de la rutina y realmente descansar. El ambiente es increíble. La combinación de la playa, la música, los espacios del hotel y la atención hacen que la experiencia se sienta muy especial. "Awful! It seems like they are not welcome at all. When we’ve arrived they started to record us secretly + they don’t even have a reception. I cannot understand if it’s a hotel or something else. Rooms are terrible, while they were showing us the rooms they were also recording our voices,WHY???"

Tia is a fabulous cook and Jose and Akil were always very helpful with any of our needs or planning day trips. The Tiny Village was perfect for our needs. "It was clean. It is like a tiki hut. No wifi, no tv. Updated bathroom. They had a nice private plunge pool. They came and took dinner order. It took awhile to get dinner, but they are walking up mountain. It is not for anyone who can't do a lot of stairs. I would have liked a blanket on the bed and hot water. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the person they are with. "
