"The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors. On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

"This Hotel was 5 stars all the way ! Once,you walk thru the doors.You were politely greeted by Everyone. The front desk,the bell hop(Manuel),& security. It felt like you were staying with distant family from another country. Taxis were always available right outside the hotel.There was a 4 story mall right next door. A bank and ATM machines on the 1st floor.(with security standing by the ATM machines)And,a awesome food court on the 4th floor. Manuel,was a great help.He left a list on our desk. recommending restaurants.Places to visit. Areas to stay away from.Even housekeeping were so genuinely polite. My wife was speaking to her.and,she mentioned that she loves Mangoes.And,the very next day.there was a small basket filled with Mangoes ! I've stayed at numerous hotels(here and abroad).And, By far. The Hyatt Regency made my vacation feel like we were royality ! We will definitely be repeat customers ! "

"Tia, Rafa, Michelle. Maloi made our visit to the Villas AMAZING!! They treated us like family with lots of love and attention. We had fresh fruit and fresh squeezed juice daily with our breakfast, thanks Tia ❤️. We had a little confusion while taking a walk (I went the wrong way)and when we returned to the Villa’s, Rafa walked with us and helped with navigating around the Island. The property is new and developing well but you can’t control Mother Nature, so be prepared to deal with mosquitoes and bugs. The property provides bug repellents and nets. And the owner Akil (lifesaver), was very quick to take care of any of our concerns and he also prepared excursions on and off the island for us. We will definitely recommend this property! "

"It is a nice place for a few days not 7. Due to it is an island all items are imported in including water. Which causes water to be shut off at night. So go potty before 8pm. Also the limit transportation off and island can be a problem. Hope you don’t get sea sick easy as the boats are fast at times. But for three days it is a nice place to stay very remote. Staff was awesome though food breakfast was the best. The local vendors can be a pain with trying to sell stuff and massages but hotel is nice "
