"The room was clean, bathroom was updated. The hotel needs a little update, due to customers running into the walls. The staff were very nice and helpful especially “John”."

"My lady and I spent this past weekend and truly enjoyed. We stayed on the 18th floor and loved the view although the elevator ride was a bit long. The breakfast was extensive offering non pork protein options along with the usual eggs, bacon, waffles. I would recommend for the location as well walking distance to the train so flying in and taking the air train made this convenient to get to. My girlfriend lives in New York so we were able to move about the Burroughs with ease."

"I really like this hotel. However they stopped serving a hot breakfast which is a big reason we like ot so much. That was disappointing. They did have a bagged breakfast. But it wasnt the same. This stay, our keys didnt work many times and we were on the 8th floor. This was annoying. Other than that it was a nice stay. The staff was VERY nice helpful."

"Staff was ok but overall bad experience.. the hotel was very dirty and old our room had dust all over the place along with our room key not working and getting locked out of our room for almost 40 mins bc front desk could not open either. How TV had no remote therefore we were told we can’t watch tv. To top it offf the next morning we woke up to the bathroom ceiling leaking water. Horrible horrible experience. "

"Check-in and check-out was a breeze! The hotel is great: Clean, affordable, friendly staff and it's in a prime location. Though I appreciate a free breakfast, the selection leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps adding more hot protein items like bacon and sausage with the scrambled eggs would be a good idea. The warm cookies available at the front desk after 5pm are a welcome snack and the complimentary water, coffee and tea is a nice treat. Overall great experience, thank you!"

"Breakfast was available but we did not take advantage. The room didn't inspire much confidence in the food. On first arriving in room 313 we couldn't even open our door all the way bc it collided with a closet/cabinet placed immediately behind it. The two beds were fine, no pillowcases. Outlets were very loose and several did not work to plug devices into. The toilet was cramped with little space to move and folding doors that didn't completely close.
