"The staff was great, but the iPad based TV control did not function reliably for the duration of our stay. I doubt there is anything the staff could have directly done to fix this since it seemed to be more of a hardware/software issue than one of the staff themselves. Overall a great location, the rooftop bar was gorgeous with one of the best views I’ve seen of Manhattan."

"LOVED this stay. As a solo traveler who loves Broadway, I opted to stay closer to Times Square and the CitizenM Times Square felt like worlds away. The staff is so friendly.
