"Beautiful property and just as expected/listed! Joyce was responsive and easy to work with. Large backyard equipped with a gas grill and fire pit. We also enjoyed a couple games of bags! We really enjoyed our stay. Spent a day downtown Franklin and took an Uber to downtown Nashville a couple of times! Great times!"

"Overall the property was very nice, however the area did seem pretty sketchy. The first floor bedroom is immediately inside the front door. A few of our family members felt uneasy staying in that room with how the surrounding neighborhood looked. Other than that, the house was very very clean and nice. It looked just like the pictures online."

"The property Worked perfect for our needs. Close to airport, downtown and the wedding venue was the only place needed to be driven to. They have both pot coffee and k-cup option. Towels where some type of poly blend so not absorbant. I have a yukon xl truck and it fit in the garage.not enough towels to accommodate the 8 people. Geodis center is behind complex, so some traffic when an event happens. Dish drain tray needed so you can wash dishes as you go."

"Loved the location as we went downtown to several events and the commute was perfect. Loved being right next to a grocery store and Hattie B's. The parking was right outside and the place was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, etc. Very comfortable. Had a bit of trouble being on the bottom floor as the guests upstairs were constantly walking up and down the hallway for hours and it was noticeable. We could not figure out what they were doing...

"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at a Sonder property. This one met the standard expected except for cleanliness. While it was clean, it wasnt spotless in areas that probably shouldve been common sense to wipe, like counters and the stove knobs. It should also be noted there is in unit laundry, the app folks didnt see to know that piece as I would have packed way lighter had it been confirmed when i asked. Also, the parking was a great option..... read the reviews about this, they are accurate...
