"Easy access including parking. Good location...lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Short drive to downtown. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in shower. The available laundry machines was appreciated! My only negative note...very minor...no coffee maker...there was a French Press to make coffee...but if you're not familiar with how to utilize to get a good cup of coffee, it is useless. Fortunately, plenty of coffee houses across the street."

"This location is simply beautiful inside and out, and is situated in a safe, picturesque neighborhood within steps of Belmont University. It’s also an easy walk to South Street. The pictures are representative and the house is clean and well stocked with attention to details. "Visited Nashville with 3 couples total. Avantstay was outstanding with their communication, and the ability to reach a human voice was so awesome. I was able to get an early check-in and they gave me a complimentary late check-out to accommodate my evening flight. Accommodations were very clean and well appointed. "First trip to Nashville. Excellent location, quiet at night but with some eateries around and a Publix supermarket. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you'd need as well as some staples (probably left by previous guests but it's always a bonus). Was perfect for what we needed."

Our unit was nice and a great place to call home for a few days. Parking was very convenient, and the location was near many of our favorite places to visit. Will definitely stay here again."

"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at a Sonder property. This one met the standard expected except for cleanliness. While it was clean, it wasnt spotless in areas that probably shouldve been common sense to wipe, like counters and the stove knobs. It should also be noted there is in unit laundry, the app folks didnt see to know that piece as I would have packed way lighter had it been confirmed when i asked. Also, the parking was a great option..... read the reviews about this, they are accurate...
