"Newly remodeled and priced reasonably, this place worked well for our family of three. In a desirable location, it faces a variety of retail, grocery, and restaurant establishments, yet it sits well off the hub of activity, separated by a creek and large yard. We enjoyed sitting on our private deck on a lovely spring day. The suite is a walk-out basement, but the upstairs folks were rarely heard. We appreciated the owners' care and communication during some rough weather."

"I stayed here 12 nights last month & then 2 nights when my mom was released from Vanderbilt Stallworth Rehab Hospital which is in walking distance from the studio. My husband was with me this visit & 2 people can comfortably coexist in the space. Alece the host left me a handwritten note welcoming me back & hoping my mom was doing well. Studio was super clean & the location is super for walking to restaurants, shops , Kroger’s & a liquor store. I couldn’t recommend this lovely studio enough....

"Overall great property. It was clean, well maintained and worked great for our 8 guests ranging from grandparents in their 70s to kids ages 8-18. Overall no complaints - property is as indicated in the listing. A few things not listed that are important to be aware of - the driveway is really steep. More of just an FYI. There are also a lot of stairs to get into the home and inside the home. Again, nothing that would have changed our mind about booking but more so to be prepared based on who is...

"I used this property as a home base while visiting family in the vicinity. It was everything I could have asked for -- clean, quiet, well appointed, and walkable to Kroger's, Vanderbilt's campus, several parks, and a bus to downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area!"
