In a desirable location, it faces a variety of retail, grocery, and restaurant establishments, yet it sits well off the hub of activity, separated by a creek and large yard. We enjoyed sitting on our private deck on a lovely spring day. The suite is a walk-out basement, but the upstairs folks were rarely heard. We appreciated the owners' care and communication during some rough weather."
