"Truly a 5 star experience! It was exactly what we needed for a more than affordable price. We enjoyed the contactless check-in and check-out process. It allowed for us to explore Nashville and go back to our room without having to visit the front desk. Communication via text was top notch and the amenities were very nice. My husband and I enjoyed the pool deck and the game room! Great customer service, 1 block from all the action, modern interior design - all for an affordable price. We will book with Placemakr again! That's late to still have to wait. They did give us free drinks at the bar, but still shouldn't have had to wait "
