Note that it’s more like staying in an apartment complex with a front desk than it is like a hotel as there aren’t typical hotel amenities like food/bar/gym. However, the staff was wonderful and everything you need is right in the darling neighborhood. I did one wild night on Broadway and then was completely content hanging out in the 12 S neighborhood. Every restaurant I went to was excellent, lots of patios and shopping. I made one grocery store run...

"The location of this home is too notch. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and Vanderbilt hospital. Everything was clean and well stocked. Host was able to be contacted within minutes. One thing to know is that it is up two flights of stairs, and another two inside to get to bedrooms. Fine for us, but good to know if traveling with someone with health concern. "
