"Beautiful property and just as expected/listed! Joyce was responsive and easy to work with. Large backyard equipped with a gas grill and fire pit. We also enjoyed a couple games of bags! We really enjoyed our stay. Spent a day downtown Franklin and took an Uber to downtown Nashville a couple of times! Great times!"

"My family and I were there to watch my son play in the spring football game at MTSU. It was a great location, close to MTSU, close to his home and close to the square. It suited our needs and provided enough space for us 4 and there was even enough room for him and his girlfriend to come visit and have a home-cooked meal with us. Easy check in/out, pretty clean.
