"We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage near downtown Franklin. It was a quick couple of minutes drive to downtown where parking can easily be found at the 4th Street parking garage. The house is stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, board games and puzzles to entertain the kids, and a cute little coffee/tea bar in the kitchen (I especially loved the electric tea kettle!). Our host accommodated an early check in so we could easily make our event. We may be back and certainly recommend this home as a great place to stay! "

"The property was clean,however, it lacked the attention that would cause me to use the property again if I am in the area. The furniture was dated as where the pictures use on the walls. There was only one smart TV on the property in the family room and it was much too small for the wall on which was mounted. The threshold on the front door needed to Be replaced as well as others in the house itself one commode and a bathroom was loose and needed to be tightened down. The host also failed to...

"The house was big enough for our party of people. It had everything we needed for a few days. The cleaner did not seem to clean the floor as there was dirt and cobwebs in every corner including the stairs. We noticed the owner of some ants and he came right away with traps and to spray the outside. The jetted tub in the master was out of order which would have been nice to know prior. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thing the host was very nice and responsive as well as willing to help. "
