"This is not a four star property. It’s a great location for being close to the park, but that’s where things end. The rooms are dim, the finishes are aged, and they’re no where near as spacious as the photos show. We booked two suites, neither had the balconies promised. There are little to no amenities besides soap and lotion. It was overpriced for what the rooms delivered. "

"The hotel is possessed as a resort with daily resort fee although even a bottle of water was extra charge, spa and pool closed"
