"This was my second time staying at Arlo midtown and the overall experience met expectations. The hotel is central to my itinerary so it worked out perfect. A few minor tidbits that I noted was the check-in process did not feel welcoming. On arrival to my room I noted an odd smell and the shower had some areas that could have used more attention to detail. My last morning the fire alarm was activated just before 7am and had to evacuate 14 flights of stairs. Overall I would stay again despite the minor inconveniences."
